NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-005591 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Asset Preservation Trust Services, Inc., as Trustee of the Browning Family Land Trust #514 Dated 11/2/2010 are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK “D” OF SHARP AND TURNER'S ADDITION TO PALMETTO, FLORIDA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 313, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
