NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003122, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein VYSTAR CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff RICHARD TAYLOR; CAROL TAYLOR A/K/A CAROL C. TAYLOR; and JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS, are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 110, UNIT 1, SECTION A, DESOTO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB COLONY, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
