NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-007200 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-17T1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-17T1 is the Plaintiff and GERARD M. DILEO; LINDA DILEO; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; WHISPERING PINES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DILEO are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
