NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 20, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 41-2009-CA-002757 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FF12, is the Plaintiff and DANIEL D. NAWARA A/K/A DANIEL NAWARA; FAITH E. NAWARA; THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC.; UNIVERSITY PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/08/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
