NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-000902 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and STEPHANIE POST; MICHAEL POST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, NA; GREENBROOK WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 103, BUILDING 41, PHASE 2, GREENBROOK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2055, PAGE 1613; OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2113, PAGE 3283 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
