NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-001590 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-A2 is the Plaintiff and WENDY S. DELL; TENANT #1 N/K/A SHANNON DELL, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SCOTT DELL are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
