Notice of Landowners and Regular Board Meeting
Harbourage of Bradenton River, Water's Edge and Forest Creek
Community Development District
Notice is hereby given to all landowners within the Harbourage of Bradenton River Community Development District for lands generally described as lying at the southeast intersection of State Road 70 and Natale Way, containing 53.2 acres in Manatee County, Florida advising that a meeting of landowners will be held for the purpose of electing three (3) supervisors. The Water's Edge Community Development District for lands generally described as situated at the northwest corner of Upper Manatee River Road and North Rye Road containing approximately 249.2 acres in Manatee County Florida advising that a meeting of landowners will be held for the purpose of electing three (3) supervisors. The Forest Creek Community Development District, for lands generally described as located in the northeastern area of the urbanizing portion of Manatee County, Florida on the south side of U.S. Highway 301 between Chin Road and Fort Hamer Road, containing approximately 135.07 acres, advising that a meeting of landowners will be held for the purpose of electing three (3) supervisors.

Each landowner may vote in person or by written proxy. Proxy forms may be obtained upon request at the offices of the District Manager, Development Planning & Financing Group, Inc., [“DPFG”] 15310 Amberly Drive, Suite 175, Tampa, Florida 33647 (813) 374-9105. At said meeting each landowner or a landowner's proxy shall be entitled to cast one vote per acre of land owned by the landowner and located within the District for each person to be elected. A fraction of an acre shall be treated as one acre, entitling the landowner to one vote with respect thereto. Platted lots shall be counted individually and rounded up to the nearest whole acre. The acreage of platted lots shall not be aggregated for determining the number of voting units held by a landowner or a landowner's proxy. At the landowners meeting the landowners shall select a person to serve as the meeting chair and who shall conduct the meeting.
Immediately following the landowners meeting there will be convened the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors for the purpose of considering any business which may properly come before the Board, including the election of certain District officers. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued without further notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. Copies of the agendas for these meetings may be obtained from the District Manager, Development Planning & Financing Group, Inc., [“DPFG”] 15310 Amberly Drive, Suite 175, Tampa, Florida 33647 (813) 374-9105.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.

If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at (800) 955-8770 for aid in contacting the District Office at least two (2) business days prior to the date of the hearing and meeting.
Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
