Lot 3 and the West 1/2 of Parcel Marked “Lake”, a/k/a the West 1/2 of Lot “A”, Block 2, Resubdivision of GOLF CLUB GARDENS, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 98, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
