NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 13, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 11214 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and IRENE KAIRYS, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of November, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, Unit 2B, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE SUBPHASE EE, UNITS 2A-2E (UNIT 2A A/K/A WEXFORD, UNIT 2B A/K/A EDENMORE, UNIT 2C A/K/A SILVERWOOD, UNIT 2D A/K/A GREYSTONE, UNIT 2E A/K/A HIGHFIELD) a Subdivision as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 190 through 218, of the Public Records Of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
