Condominium Unit No. B-4, HORIZON TOWNHOUSES CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1022, Page 3337, inclusive, and Condominium Plat Book 13, Pages 5, 6 and 7 both of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
If you fail to file your response or answer, if any, in the above proceeding with the Clerk of this Court, and to serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney, Law Offices of Daniel C.
