TO: DAVID ADDISS whose current residence is unknown and last known residences are 245 104TH AVENUE, APT. 8, TREASURE ISLAND, FL 33706 and 28 Forest Lane, Washington, NC 27889:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien for condominium assessments on the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 402, BEL MARE, PHASE I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 2185, Page 7889, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 36, Pages 103-118, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Together with Parking Garage Number 1, Parking Space Numbers 02/03 and Storage Space Number S-402, each as a Limited Common Element appurtenant to the above-referenced Condominium Unit,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to SHAWN G. BROWN, ESQ., of Lang & Brown, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 7990, St. Petersburg, FL 33734, on or before the 27 day of NOVEMBER, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
