NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-001954 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff and RONALD L. TOMPKINS; SHERRY L TOMPKINS A/K/A SHERRY L BRANCH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 13th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING 1011.05 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4; THENCE RUN WEST 325.35 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4; THENCE RUN SOUTH 0 DEGREES 23 MINUTES 24 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4, 1312.42 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 58 MINUTES 04 SECONDS EAST, 324.14 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 0 DEGREES 23 MINUTES WEST, 1312.24 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
