LOT 14, ASPEN VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 204 AND 205, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 7103 24TH AVENUE WEST, BRADENTON, FL 34209
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd., Suite 120, Tampa, FL 33634, WITHIN 30 days after the first publication and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
