NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006245, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26 is Plaintiff and SHEREE L. AITKEN A/K/A SHEREE AITKEN F/K/A SHEREE AITKEN HARPER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHEREE L. AITKEN A/K/A SHEREE AITKEN F/K/A SHEREE AITKEN HARPER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA CAPITAL ONE BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 3, DAHLIA GARDENS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
