NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007977, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR18, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR18 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and DONALD C. PECK; FILAMINA S. PECK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; REGIONS BANK; REGATTA POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B101, PHASE I, REGATTA POINTE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1048, PAGE 2622, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 73 THROUGH 89 AND AS PER THE AS BUILT PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 8 THROUGH 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND INCLUDING PARKING SPACE B-24.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
