NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000199 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Michael Vranek, Co-Successor Trustee of The R. Richard Wickstrand, Jr. Trust, Dated September 19, 1991 and as Co-Successor Trustee of The R. Richard Wickstrand, Jr. Trust, Dated March 2, 1993 and Owen Wickstrand, Co-Successor Trustee of The R. Richard Wickstrand, Jr. Trust, Dated September 19, 1991 and as Co-Successor Trustee of The R. Richard Wickstrand, Jr. Trust, Dated March 2, 1993 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on November 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIuM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT A1-102, NEWCASTLE, A CONDOMINIuM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE
DECLARATION THEREOF. AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1489, PAGES 528 THRouGH 596, INCLUSIVE; AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN o.R. BooK 1961, PAGES 901 THROUGH 949, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTy, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
