NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 05, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-001016 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and GERALD J. AVI; CHRISTINE D. AVI A/K/A CHRISTINE D. AVI; SERENA AT FIDDLER'S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIDDLER'S CREEK FOUNDATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 101, BUILDING 11, PHASE XI, SERENA AT FIDDLER'S CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4178, PAGE 1371, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
A/K/A 3189 AVIMAR CIRCLE UNIT 101, NAPLES, FL 34114
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
