NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 05, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000962 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MILDRED ROLAND A/K/A MILDRED J. ROWLAND; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 5 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 31 AND THE NORTH 6 INCHES OF LOT 32, AND SOUTH 10.5 FEET OF LOT 30, BLOCK E, SHADOWLAWN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 37 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
