NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 05, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003689 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and JOHN HEERS; ROSALYN HELEN HEERS A/K/A HELEN HEERS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; VERONAWALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 605, VERONAWALK TOWNHOMES PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 44 THROUGH 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 8333 RIMINI WAY, NAPLES, FL 34114
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
