NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 05, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000511 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE MORERA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE MORERA N/K/A ALEX JUAN; OMAIDA S. MORERA; RAFAEL MORERA; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; ANGLERS COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT D-302, ANGLER'S COVE CONDOMINIUM A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 956, AT PAGES 139 THROUGH 255, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
