NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 09, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-000562 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and BERNICE MABLE ABRAMS A/K/A BERNICE ABRAMS; LOUIS ANGELO APONTE; ELOINA ABRAMS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1, TRAFFORD PINE ESTATES SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 1809 GRANT AVENUE, IMMOKALEE, FL 34142
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
