NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004148, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8, MTG PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff and CAROL M. WOMBLE, VANDERBILT TOWERS, UNIT #3 OF NAPLES, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL M. WOMBLE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 5 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NUMBER 406, VANDERBILT TOWERS UNIT 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 467, PAGES 638 TO 688, INCLUSIVE, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO..
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
