NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-02012-CA-000659 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 3101, Treasure Bay I at Bridgewater Bay, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3342, Page 2364, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
