NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009597 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Lawrence F. Meyer a/k/a Lawrence Meyer and Lena H. Meyer, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on November 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 11, FIELDSTONE VILLAGE ii, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2002, PAGES 173 THROUGH 261, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
