NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004289 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, F.A., is the Plaintiff and Victor Vetro, Equity Trust Company as Custodian FBO Loren R. Wolter, IRA, Loren R. Wolter, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 5th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 46, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 97 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 121 21ST STREET SOUTHWEST, NAPLES, FL 34117
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
