Notice is given that pursuant to a final judgment dated October 8, 2012 in Case No. 12-2302-CA-cap of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which MONTGOMERY BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and NAPLES CUSTOM REALTY, LLC, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby at the Atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on November 8, 2012, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
Parcel 69, J & C Industrial Park, an unrecorded subdivision, being fully described as follows: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of Section 11, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County Florida, thence along the West line of Said Section 11, North 00°10'36” West 1829.95 feet to the centerline of a road; thence along said centerline North 89Ëš28'18” East 980.47 along said centerline; thence North 00°31'42” West 35.00 feet for the Place of Beginning, being the North line of J&C Blvd: thence North 00°31'42” West 149.49 feet; thence North 89Ëš25'20* East 100 feet; thence South 00Ëš31'42” East 149.57 feet; thence South 89Ëš28'18” West 100 feet to the Place of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
