NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-1133-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WESTGATE AT IMPERIAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MIKE REUVERS ; CHRISTOPHER HINKLEY; CINDI REUVERS ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER HINKLEY; WW ENTERPRISES OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC. D/B/A SERVICEMASTER RESTORATIONS; UNKNOWN TENANT TWO and UNKNOWN TENANT ONE are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: At 1st floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 8th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 5-204, WESTGATE AT IMPERIAL, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1924, Pages 854 and as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
