NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on OCTOBER 12, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2011-1588 CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, ESSEX EQUITY, INC, a Florida corporation is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY D. METCALFE (ESTATE OF), PARTRIDGE POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, beginning at 11:00 AM on November 8, 2012 at First Floor, Atrium Area, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 6-201, PARTRIDGE POINTE, Phase 1, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2323, pages 150 through 251, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida together with all appurtenances.
a/k/a: 1010 Partridge Circle, Apt. # 201, Naples, Florida 34104.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
