NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-04037 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF16, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FF16, is the Plaintiff and Julian R Garcia, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., acting solely as nominee for National City Bank, Sandra Amador, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 7 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 24, IN BLOCK 94, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT NUMBER 3, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 97 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
