NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 18, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-006540-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-9 is the Plaintiff and TARRIS RAE NEWHART; ALLEN E. NEWHART; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CARPENTER'S RUN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on November 07, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
