LOT 92, WYNDTREE-PHASE III, VILLAGES 5 AND 7, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 115, 116 AND 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1023 DALESIDE LN, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34655; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on November 1, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
