LOT 48, RIVER CROSSING, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 10 AND 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5642 REDHAWK DR, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34655; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on November 5, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
