Rose and Karen Rose, His Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 47, WILLIAMS DOUBLE BRANCH ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 106 THROUGH 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN YEAR: 1994, MAKE: STONER TRAIL, VIN#: FLFLR70A22279SK AND VIN#: FLFLR70B22279SK AND VIN# FLFLR70C22279SK, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
