Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 11, 2012, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on October 1, 2012, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
