NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered this 19th day of September 2012 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-000956-XXXX-WS-J2 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK N.A, AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-RP1, Plaintiff and JEFFREY S. MCMICKLE, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, LYNN M. MCMICKLE, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, Et Al; are defendant(s).
