NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2012 in the above action, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco, Florida, on November 28, 2012, at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
UNIT 308, BUILDING 10, TUSCANO AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6873, PAGE 568 AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 7124, PAGE 629 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 107, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 131, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
