ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005--J12 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-J12 is the Plaintiff, and WILSON MARIA, et al., are the Defendants, East Pasco County Courthouse will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 38, BLOCK 1, BRIDGEWATER PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM. on the 27th day of November, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
