THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 6 AND ALL OF LOT 7, BLOCK 60, GRIFFIN PARK SUBDIVISION, CITY OF FIVAY, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 78 AND 78A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DOUGLAS C. ZAHM, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12425 28th Street North, Suite 200, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, on or before November 19, 2012 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at West Pasco County Judicial Center, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
