Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida described as:
UNIT NUMBER ONE-HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT (158), IN BUILDING 116, CHELSEA MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6900, PAGE 500, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 22604 Waters Edge Boulevard #158, Land O Lakes, Florida 34639, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on November 28, 2012, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
