NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas and Pasco Counties, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues on December 4, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
