NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated October 3, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-000462-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of February 1, 2007, GSAMP Trust 2007-HE1, Plaintiff and Mohamed Eltoukhy are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 2, LAKE BERNADETTE PARCELS 17 AND 18A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 42 THROUGH 48, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
