NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-002546ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CRESCENT MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and NORMA J. LEITNER; HIGHLAND OAKS TOWN HOME ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MYRA HARRIS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
