NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order dated September 4, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 020779 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Rose A. Brasgalla; John R. Brasgalla; Antonio L. Astralaga; The Bank of Commerce; Forest Lakes Village Owners Association, Inc. and Current Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 31, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 203, Building 12, Forest Lake Village, Section Two, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominiums, as recorded in Official Records Book 1025, Page 1088, as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Page 14, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
