WATTERS; STEARNS BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COMMUNITY NATIONAL BANK OF SARASOTA COUNTY; TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHAEL BARNETT, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CYNTHIA BARNETT are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 9th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
