NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-004982 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, SCOTT A. LIDKE A/K/A SCOTT ALLAN LIDKE, DECEASED; GENE A. FLAGG; GLORIA A. FLAGG; TAIRA LYNN-JOHNSON STARIHA A/K/A TAIRA LYNN JOHNSON, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SCOTT A. LIDKE A/K/A SCOTT ALLAN LIDKE, DECEASED; HEATHER ROXANNE MCLEAN, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SCOTT A.
