ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-14, is the Plaintiff and BRIAN HAMILTON LAWLER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST BANK D/B/A FIRST BANK MORTGAGE; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 11/08/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
