ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND KNOWN AS LOT 47, BLOCK A, WARM MINERAL SPRINGS, UNIT 90, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
