ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-46CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-46CB is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY S VOZEH, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT(S) I, BLOCK 532, 18TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 6, 6A THROUGH 6V, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM on the 8th day of November, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
