claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants,

NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 26th day of November 2012, at 10:00am www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Begin at the Southeast corner of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 16, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, in Hillsborough County, Florida, and run thence West the distance of 1067.63 feet, run thence North 45 feet, for a point of beginning; thence run West 100 feet; thence run North 100 feet; thence run East 100 feet; thence run South 100 feet to point of beginning.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
