NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2012 and Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 2, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-028258-J, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein , BUCKHORN PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MANUEL TAVAREZ and MERY HERNANDEZ are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com,on November 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 47, Block 5, BUCKHORN PRESERVE - PHASE 3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 1, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
